Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our bouquets are handmade, custom-designed, and made with fresh/perishable flowers, all sales are final once the order has been started, prepared, or completed.

Cancellations may be accepted if requested before we begin sourcing flowers, purchasing supplies, or preparing the arrangement. Once flowers, materials, custom details, or special add-ons have been purchased or work has begun, refunds may not be available.
