Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our bouquets are handmade, custom-designed, and made with fresh/perishable flowers, all sales are final once the order has been started, prepared, or completed.

Cancellations may be accepted if requested before we begin sourcing flowers, purchasing supplies, or preparing the arrangement. Once flowers, materials, custom details, or special add-ons have been purchased or work has begun, refunds may not be available.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us the same day of pickup or delivery with photos so we can review the concern. We will do our best to make things right when possible. Refunds, replacements, or adjustments are handled case by case.

Flower Substitution Policy

Flower availability may vary depending on the season, supplier availability, flower quality, and market conditions.

If a specific flower, color, greenery, ribbon, wrapping, or decorative detail shown in a product photo is unavailable, Forever Love Bouquets Co. may substitute it with something similar while doing our best to keep the same overall style, color palette, and design feel.

Some flowers shown may be seasonal or limited availability, including but not limited to dahlias, specialty roses, dyed roses, gerbera daisies, and unique accent flowers.

For specialty-colored roses, we do our best to use naturally dyed roses whenever available. If they are unavailable, spray-painted roses may be used as an alternative so we can still achieve the requested color and design. We will always do our best to source the best quality option available.

Each bouquet is handmade with care, so small natural differences may occur. Our goal is always to create a beautiful arrangement that feels as close as possible to the design shown or requested.

Custom Order Policy

Custom bouquets, symbols, banners, colors, money details, butterflies, ribbons, special messages, and other decorative add-ons must be discussed and confirmed after placing your order or before production begins.

Custom designs may require additional fees depending on flower count, materials, design complexity, availability, and time needed to complete the arrangement.

Inspiration photos may be used as a guide, but exact replicas are not always possible. Each bouquet is handmade with care and may have small differences based on flower availability, materials, and design style.

Pickup Policy

Pickup is available and free of charge.

Since pickup is from a private location, the exact pickup details will be shared after your order is confirmed and ready. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please arrive at the agreed pickup time to help keep your flowers fresh and in the best condition. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been picked up, Forever Love Bouquets Co. is not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, heat, sunlight, lack of water, or improper care after pickup.

Delivery Policy

Delivery may be available depending on location, schedule, and order type. Delivery fees may vary based on distance and availability.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct before placing your order. Forever Love Bouquets Co. is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, gated entry restrictions, no safe place to leave the order, or circumstances outside of our control.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the customer for further instructions. Additional delivery attempts may require an additional fee.

Care & Handling Policy

Fresh flowers are delicate and should be handled with care. To help your bouquet last longer, keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, cold drafts, and enclosed hot cars.

For wrapped bouquets, we recommend placing the flowers in clean water as soon as possible unless the bouquet is designed with a water source.

Forever Love Bouquets Co. is not responsible for flowers that wilt or become damaged due to improper care, transportation, heat exposure, or delayed pickup.

Processing Time

Most bouquets require advance notice so we can source flowers and prepare the arrangement properly. Processing time may vary depending on the bouquet style, flower availability, customization, and order volume.

For custom or specialty bouquets, additional time may be needed. We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for graduations, birthdays, holidays, and special events.

Privacy Policy Notice

Forever Love Bouquets Co. respects your privacy. Customer information is used to process orders, communicate about purchases, arrange pickup or delivery, and provide customer service.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or approved payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card information.
